Our mission is simple: to help you become an independent French speaker. Every decision we make, every lesson we teach, and every resource we create is guided by that single objective.

To achieve it, we have chosen a different path from much of the language-learning industry.

Who we work with

We work with learners at every stage of their journey, from complete beginners to advanced speakers refining their French.

Where we teach

We believe there is something uniquely valuable about learning face to face. Whenever possible, we are delighted to teach our clients in person.

Our tutors provide in-person lessons in London and in selected international locations, including New York, Zurich, Singapore, Dubai, Riyadh and Monaco.

Alongside our in-person offering, we deliver live online lessons to clients around the world. Many of our clients divide their time between several residences or travel extensively for work. Our live online lessons ensure continuity, allowing them to continue learning with the same tutor, the same structured programme, and the same high standard of teaching wherever they are in the world.

Our books

Our proprietary curriculum is brought to life through a collection of twelve beautifully designed books, used throughout every lesson at Anais and Co.

Each volume combines carefully structured lessons, thoughtfully designed exercises and elegant photography celebrating France, creating a learning experience that is both rigorous and inspiring. Produced exclusively in hardcover, the collection is designed to be as beautiful to own as it is effective to learn from.

Professional tutors

Our tutors are native French speakers, carefully selected not only for their academic qualifications and teaching ability, but also for their professionalism, communication skills and commitment to excellence.

Every tutor undergoes extensive training in our proprietary methodology and teaching procedures, ensuring a consistently high standard of instruction across Anais and Co.

Your tutor's sole focus is teaching. Every administrative aspect of your experience, from scheduling and billing to progress and support, is handled by your dedicated client manager, allowing lessons to remain entirely focused on learning.

While tutor absences are rare, we are committed to ensuring continuity whenever unexpected circumstances arise. If a replacement is ever required, another member of our team can step in seamlessly, using detailed lesson notes to continue your programme with minimal disruption.

All of our tutors operate with complete discretion and are fully insured.

We will never promise effortless fluency, unrealistic timelines, or miracle methods simply because they are easier to sell. Learning French requires time, effort, consistency, and commitment. There are no substitutes for the process, and we believe you deserve to know that from the very beginning.

We prepare pupils from leading British independent schools for iGCSE French, with a strong emphasis on long-term preparation rather than last-minute revision. Whenever possible, we recommend beginning at least eighteen months before the examination.

We support children from international families attending some of Switzerland's most prestigious boarding schools, helping them develop the language skills needed to thrive both academically and socially.
